- An incident of disorderly conduct occurred sometime between 12:15 p.m. and 12:45 p.m. Friday at the Philipsburg-Osceola High School. A 17-year-old Philipsburg girl allegedly threw food at staff members and repeatedly used obscene language. A non-traffic citation for disorderly conduct will be filed at the office of Magisterial District Judge Allen W. Sinclair.
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 7:20 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Friday in Union Township, Centre County. A person(s) caused damage to a parked vehicle at the intersection of Egypt Hollow Road and Bennett Road. - No injuries were reported following a single-vehicle accident at 9:25 p.m. Thursday along U.S. Route 220 in Huston Township, Centre County. Tyler E. Hay, 26, of Rockwood was traveling south when a deer jumped from the west embankment. He couldn’t stop before striking the deer. Hay was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the mishap. His vehicle was towed from the scene.
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. Wednesday in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A person(s) poured mustard on a Philipsburg man’s front porch, causing it to stain.
