- A Philipsburg woman was involved in a hit-and-run at Sutton’s Bar in Cooper Township. After further investigation she was arrested for suspicion of DUI after she was found in Philipsburg. She was taken for blood testing and charges are pending.
- A Blaine, MN man was traveling west on Interstate 80 in Cooper Township. He began to fall asleep and started to drift tot he right. He realized what was happening and tried to correct but turned too hard to the left. He went across both lanes of I-80 and struck and embankment. No injuries were reported. Charges are pending.
