- An incident of driving under the influence reportedly occurred at 12:30 a.m. Saturday along U.S. Route 322 near Sandy Ridge Trail in Rush Township, Centre County. A 39-year-old State College man was observed committing several traffic violations. Upon contact with the man, it was discovered that he was under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody for DUI. Charges for DUI and multiple summary violations will be filed through the district court.
- An incident of underage drinking reportedly occurred at approximately 3:21 a.m. Saturday along Sleepy Hollow Road in Rush Township, Centre County. State police responded to a report of a possible underage drinking party. Through further investigation, it was determined that a 20-year-old and a 18-year-old, both of Philipsburg, and two, 14-year-old female juveniles had consumed alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed through the district court.
- An incident of criminal mischief reportedly occurred sometime between 9 p.m. Wednesday and 5:30 a.m. Thursday along Peppermint Lane in Huston Township, Centre County. A person(s) spray painted in gray on the side of a 40-year-old Julian woman’s mobile home. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
