The investigation continues into an incident of access device fraud that reportedly occurred at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday along Interstate 80 westbound at mile marker 127 in Bradford Township, Clearfield County. A vehicle, which was occupied by three New York residents, was stopped for speeding. Indicators of criminal activity were present, according to state police, and a search of the vehicle revealed 193 fraudulent/altered Visa gift cards. The three were arrested and arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Michael Rudella.
