- Police received a report of simple assault/disorderly conduct at the Clearfield Area Middle School.
- Police assisted the state police in checking the welfare of a 52-year-old woman walking on Clearfield-Glen Richey Highway. Officers had no contact with the woman.
- Police received a report of a traffic violation on Williams Street.
- Police responded to Wal-Mart Supercenter for a reprot of a possible DUI. Officers observed the driver and vehicle and cleared the situation.
- Police received a report of harassment from a township resident.
- Police assisted Clearfield Borough police with an incident of DUI, trespass by motor vehicle, criminal mischief and related offenses.
- Police and Clearfield Borough police were dispatched to help emergency medical services. A man fell in his apartment while cooking. He could not get up and a neighbor noticed smoke and called 911. The smoke and fire were contained to the stove thanks to the response of a neighbor. Officers assisted in getting the man to the ambulance.
- Police responded to a burglar alarm. Officers found that the alarm had been accidentally set off by cleaning staff.
- Police are investigating a series of trespass by motor vehicle and criminal mischiefs in the Martin Street Extension area. Officers have tire tracks and a suspect.
- Police are investigating a fuel drive-off at the Old Town Road Kwik Fill. A man in a blue Mazda obtained gasoline and a five gallon can of diesel fuel then left without paying. The attendant believed it to be an oversight on the driver’s part.
- Police received a report of retail theft at a business on River Road. The person fled prior to witnesses calling police. Officers located the person a short time later and the merchandise was recovered. Charges are pending.
- Police assisted a Hyde woman.
- Police assisted Curwensville Borough with an incident.
- Police received a report of a parking complaint in Hyde. The vehicles were moved prior to police arrival.
- Police are investigating a drug complaint in Hillsdale.
- Police received a call to check the welfare of a woman operating a vehicle.
- Police assisted Clearfield Borough police with an incident on Market Street.
- Police received a report of a disabled vehicle on Daisy Street Extension.
- Police were called to a local business for a possible abandoned vehicle. Officers located the owner to have the vehicle removed.
- Police received a report of a traffic violation on Race and Smith Streets.
- Police took a 30-year-old man into custody at the Red Carpet Inn after he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and other substances to the degree that he was argumentative, yelling and fighting in public. He continued to be combative with police to the degree that he tried to kick the window out of a township cruiser and slip his cuffs. He fought with township and borough police as well as corrections officers at the county jail. He was restrained and shackeld for the safety of all involved. He was placed in Clearfield County Jail on a 48 hour detainer. Charges are pending.
- Police responded to a call regarding a suspicious person hanging out at a convenience store. It was learned he was a traveler, stretching his legs prior to continuing his journey.
