- Wal-Mart security reported that a $318 car radio system had been stolen.
Sept. 24, 2011
- A 25-year-old Rockton man hit the bridge on Home Camp Road then left the scene. Officers located him on Home Camp Road and he had minor injuries. He was evaluated by emergency medical services but refused further treatment. He failed a field sobriety test and was transported to DRMC for a blood draw.
- Officers responded to Garden Grove Townhouses for a domestic. A 33-year-old woman was intoxicated and fighting with her boyfriend. The woman was belligerent with officers and was charged.
- A Parrot Road woman reported that someone in a green Jeep Grand Cherokee dropped off two dogs at her home.
- Officers were called to a neighbor dispute on Wilson Avenue between a 36-year-old woman and a 32-year-old woman.
- A 32-year-old Treasure Lake woman reported that a known 28-year-old DuBois woman broke into her residence and cornered her. The younger woman was gone when officers arrived. She was later located and the situation was handled without incident.
- False alarms were reported at K-Mart and Aldi’s.
- Officers received a report of kids causing a disturbance on Hanes Drive. The kids had dispersed by the time officers arrived, but were located. Officers then talked with their parents.
- A false alarm was reported at Joanne Fabrics.
Sept. 25, 2011
- A Juniata Street Extension resident reported that someone broke out their garage window.
- A Hungry Hollow Road resident reported ATV’s on the road. Officers were unable to locate them.
- A false alarm was reported at Northwest Savings Bank.
