- At 7 a.m. police arrested a 27-year-old woman for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Officers received a complaint that a woman and man were at Sheetz and intoxicated. Prior to police arrival, the two drove from the parking lot. Officers observed them and stopped them. the passenger was also arrested for public drunkenness.
- Police were called to Clearfield Bank & Trust for a criminal mischief complaint.
- Police received a complaint regarding a suspicious package on the Nichols Street Bridge. A gold Ford Taurus was traveling west on the bridge when it stopped and a black backpack was left on the sidewalk. The driver then drove away. Officers checked it out and found it to be a black lunch cooler. The owner can claim it at the station.
- Police served a traffic warrant on a woman from Emporium. She was stopped by the state police on state Route 879.
- Police investigated a missing person report from regarding a resident at the Dimeling. The person returned later that evening.
- Police arrested a 57-year-old man for public drunkenness on Nichols Street. The man was intoxicated while riding a bicycle. He wrecked or fell off and was found to be very intoxicated. He was cited and released to a family member.
- Police received a complaint of a suspicious person on Daisy Street. The person was waiting for his wife, who was getting her hair done.
- Police received a complaint of careless driving on Bigler Avenue. A white Honda SUV nearly struck another vehicle.
