PHILIPSBURG- Officials of the Moshannon Valley Economic Development Partnership announced today that they will host a candidates’ forum featuring the candidates for Clearfield County Commissioner. The candidates are Mark McCracken (D), Joan McMillen (R), Paul J Monella II (D), and John Sobel (R).
“We are pleased to offer the residents of the greater Philipsburg area an opportunity to hear the views and goals of the candidates as they work to secure these very important commissioner seats,” said Paul Springer, President of the MVEDP board of directors. “This forum also gives the business community an opportunity to network with other business people and to get to know first-hand how the positions of the candidates might affect their businesses in the future,” he said.
