Bill A. Hallman, 69 of West Decatur, passed away on Sept. 13 at his residence.
Born April 30, 1942, he was the son of the late Clair A. and Bessie Oleta (Merritt) Hallman.
He was of Christian faith. He had been employed by K&F Wood Products for many years until his retirement.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Bertha Hallman and Isabella Socash; and brothers Blake and David Hallman.
He is survived by his sister Joyce Pescovich and her husband Andy of Clarence and Gloria “Joyce” Conklin and her husband Clarence “Boots” of West Decatur; and brother Daniel Hallman of Sanborn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Sept. 16 at 7 p.m. at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home, 719 E. Spruce St., Philipsburg, with the Rev. James Walk officiating. Burial will be at the Sanborn Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sept. 16 at the funeral home from 3-7 p.m.
