- A two-vehicle accident occurred on Monday at 5:10 p.m. on state Route 53 in Decatur Township. Police said a Houtzdale woman crossed over into the oncoming lane of traffic, causing a vehicle driven by Wayne Fox of Ramey to swerve to avoid being hit. The Houtzdale woman then swerved back into her lane and struck Fox. The Houtzdale woman was wearing her seat belt and was taken to Clearfield Hospital by emergency medical services for unspecified injuries. An infant/child passenger was in a child seat and uninjured. Fox was wearing a seat belt and taken to Clearfield Hospital for minor injuries. The Houtzdale woman was cited.

- Someone threw toilet paper all over a Madera woman’s trees and property. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
- A Clearfield man was found laying on the road, passed out on Goshen and Baineyville Road in Goshen Township. He was taken to Altoona Regaion for treatment. He was charged with public drunkenness.
