- A Florissant, CO man was stopped on Interstate 80, easbtound in Cooper Township for a traffic violation. At the end of the stop, a consent to search was requested due to indicators of criminal activity. As a result, two ounces of marijuana was located in a large tool box in the back of the truck he was driving. Charges were filed.
- A Grassflat woman suffered minor injuries in an automobile accident on Sunday. She was traveling north on state Route 53 and fell asleep. Her vehicle traveled onto the east berm and struck a tree. She was cited for careless driving.
