Boy Scout Troop 9, of Clearfield, recently attended the 46th Annual Calumet International Camporee held in Smethport. There were 12 team and several individual events that were based on scout skills, fitness, teamwork, teambuilding, problem solving, and fun. Troop 9 came on top by winning 6 first place , 3 second place, and 6 third place awards. Troop 9 also won the Best Overall Unit Award. There were over 850 scouts from Canada and the United States in attendance.
