- Someone trespassed on posted property on Kellytown Road and located a Wildview Infrared Extreme Trail Camera and removed it. The item is valuedat $145.
- Someone entred a Smithmill man’s residence through a basement window. Once inside the person removed two Matthews Archery bows, one being a Matthews Z7 with a loss camo pattern and the other a Matthews Q2XL with a camo pattern. The person then fled. The value of the items stolen is $1,450. The damage to the basement window is estimated at $100.
- A DuBois man was traveling north on state Route 729 in Ferguson Township when he lsot control and struck the guide rails. He was not injured and was charged.
- Two inspection stickers were removed from Fred Diehl’s of Philipsburg between Aug. 1 and Sept. 1. The stickers are yellow in color for years 2011 or 2012. Anyone with information on this crime is asked to contact police.
- John Talbert of Marion, IN was traveling east on US Route 322 when he went over a railroad crossing and his left rear dual wheel separated from its axle. No injuries were reported.
