WINSLOW TOWNSHIP – An investigation is under way into a vehicle fire that occurred at approximately 11 a.m. Thursday in Winslow Township, Jefferson County, the DuBois-based state police reported.
The Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal Unit investigated the cause and origin of the vehicle fire at the intersection of Shortcut and Richardsville roads. A 2001 GMC Jimmy was severely damaged, state police said.
Damage was estimated at $5,000. No injuries were reported, according to the report. The vehicle was owned by Paul R. Potts, 31, of Brookville. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police at 814-938-0510.
