- A domestic was reported Aug. 22 in the 200 block of East Sherman Avenue between a couple who is divorcing. The two reportedly were arguing over tax filings. No arrested were made.
- An incident of theft was reported on Aug. 22 in the 100 block of North Main Street. Someone entered an unlocked vehicle and removed money and medication.
- On Aug. 23, a drug arrest was made at the intersection of Liberty Boulevard and Railroad Avenue. A vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation at which time the passenger, a 24-year-old Penfield man, was found in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Charges are currently pending.
- An incident of theft was reported Aug. 23 in the 100 block of West Long Avenue when someone entered an apartment and removed numerous medications.
- An incident of trespass was reported Aug. 23 at the DuBois Regional Medical Center East when a 59-year-old Punxsutawney man wouldn’t leave the property after being asked by security. Officers arrived and had the man leave the property.
- An incident of theft was reported in the first block of Jared Street on Aug. 23 when someone removed prescribed narcotics from a residence.
- A domestic dispute was reported Wednesday in the 500 block of Juniata Street, while a 44-year-old DuBois woman engaged in an argument with her 18-year-old son. During the argument, he reportedly threw a glass of water at her and grabbed her by the throat and arm.
- An alarm was reported Thursday at the Timberland Federal Credit Union. Everything was found to be secure.
- An alarm was reported Thursday at Kohlhepp’s. Everything was found to be secure.
- A disturbance was reported Thursday at the DuBois Regional Medical Center West when a 33-year-old New York woman was allegedly out of control in the emergency room and assaulted staff.
- An incident of theft was reported Thursday in the 200 block of McCullough Street when someone removed thousands of dollars worth of coins from a residence.
- Two men were reportedly fighting Thursday in the 300 block of South Church Street. One of the men fled before police arrived, and the other wouldn’t identify him. He was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
- An incident of theft was reported Friday in the 100 block of West Long Avenue when someone removed jewelry from an apartment.
- A disturbance was reported Friday at the DuBois Regional Medical Center West during which a man was threatening to kill someone with a firearm. Officers located the 46-year-old Reynoldsville man just outside the hospital’s doors. Weapons were neither found on the man nor in his vehicle. He was escorted off the property as requested by security.
