Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of criminal mischief was reported that occurred sometime between 12 a.m. and 8:10 a.m. Wednesday along Toby Creek Water Shed in Horton Township, Elk County. A person(s) damaged a number of outside lights on the water shed property before fleeing the scene.
