Police Report: Clearfield PSP

At approximately 5:50 Tuesday, a known 21-year-old male was involved in an incident at the State Correctional Institution at Houtzdale. He was taken to the restricted housing unit strip cage, where officials observed him in possession of a hard plastic shank that was approximately six inches long. The shank was sharpened to a point. Officials seized the weapon, and the investigation is ongoing at this time.
