UPDATE: Missing Philipsburg Woman Located

PHILIPSBURG – The Philipsburg-based state police located an 18-year-old Philipsburg female who had been reported missing.

The state police identified the female as Kelly Marie Johnston, 18, of Philipsburg. She’d been last seen at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday but has since been located and is safe.

According to the initial report, Johnston suffers from numerous mental health-related issues and didn’t have her medication in her possession when she’d left yesterday

PHILIPSBURG – The Philipsburg-based state police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating an 18-year-old Philipsburg female who has been reported missing.

According to the report, the state police identified the female as Kelly Marie Johnston, 18, of Philipsburg. She was last seen at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday and hasn’t been since.

Johnston suffers from numerous mental health-related issues and doesn’t have her medication in her possession. She is a Caucasian female, standing 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 195 pounds.

Johnston was also described as having a shaved head and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing an orange tank top and a black “Tapout” sweatshirt, blue Penn State shorts and brown flip flops.

Johnston has been entered as a missing person, state police said.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
