- An incident of harassment was reported in the area, and the person(s) involved are known by police.
- A 911 hang-up call was reported on Log Cabin Road.
- A money scam was reported where unknown individuals contacted the victim by e-mail before sending a cashier’s check. They wanted the victim to cash the check and send them additional money back. Residents are cautioned about providing personal information to anyone who they don’t know over the Internet, by phone or in person.
- A traffic light was reported out at the intersection of Industrial Park Road and state Route 879. The situation was handled by the road crew.
- A noise complaint was reported along Smith Street.
- A motorist was assisted after locking his keys inside his vehicle on Washington Avenue.
- A child was checked on and was found to be OK.
- An unwanted person was reported at the Edgewood Apartment Complex. Police made contact with the responsible person and advised her not to return.
- A hit-and-run accident was reported that occurred at the Sapp Brother’s Truck Stop. A person(s) struck a pick-up truck before fleeing the scene.
