- A vehicle driven by a 28-year-old Anita man was traveling on Behringer Highway when he looked from traffic. When he looked back, traffic was stopped and he hit the vehicle in front of him. Minor injuries were reported.
- Two vehicles were involved in a minor accident at the intersecion of Shaffer Road and Bee Line Highway. On injuries were reported.
- A 19-year-old D uBois woman was traveling on Slab Run Road when a bus stopped abrubptly on the railroad tracks. She could not stop and struck the bus. No injuries were reported.
July 23, 2011
- Treasure Lake security reported finding an elderly woman who appeared disoriented walking in the area of Shroud Cay Street. Her son-in-law arrived and took her home.
- A Wilson Avenue woman reported that a friend of her daughters intentionally smashed her iPold and refused to replace it.
- A 57-year-old Ridgway man got distracted while driving on the Bee Line Highway and hit a vehicle in front of him. No injuries were reported.
- Two tractor trailers were involved in a minor accident in the Pilot lot.
- Employees at Rite Aid reported that an African-American woman came into the store and attempted to purchase a gift card for $400 with a credit card that was suspected to be stolen. When asked to provide her drivers license information, the woman left the store. It was discovered that the woman had attempted this at several stores in the area.
- A 58-year-old motorcycle rider reported that a vehicle pulled in front of them on the Bee Line Highway, causing them to hit it. The other vehicle then left the scene.
- Treasure Lake security reported finding a kid laying on the road near Barren Rock Road. The 16-year-old was from Hopwood and staying at a campsite at Cayman Landing. It was discovered that he had been drinking and was disoriented. Charges are pending.
