- On July 13, a Sandy Ridge woman found that her cat had been shot with a BB gun.
- Two Sandy Ridge residents purchased meat from a door-to-door salesman. There was a mix-up in how the items were to be paid for and the residents did not receive their meat. Police stated it may have been a mix-up with the company.
- Between July 19 and July 20, someone let the air out of three of a Philipsburg woman’s tires while she was parked on Presqeisle Street in Philipsburg. The person also cut an electric wire on the engine.
- Someone removed copper wire from telephone lines within Philipsburg Borough.
- Someone removed sunglasses, and iPod adapter and damaged a radio from a Ford Mustang. The person also removed sunglasses and loose change to a Chevrolet Caprice. Both vehicles were parked on North Fourth Street in Philipsburg borough. The person also rummaged through the saddle bags on a Harley Davidson Heritage Softail next door and removed a Leatherman tool.
- Police are investigating an incident that took place in Rush Township, Centre County. An Osceola Mills man reported that while at a gathering an altercation broke out between himself and a Philipsburg man. The Osceola Mills man suffered a broken jaw and lost a tooth.
