- At approximately 10:50 p.m. Thursday, a Next Power Climber, 18-speed bicycle, which was red in color with a black seat, was found about one mile north of state Route 729 on Old Station Road. Please contact the Clearfield-based state police at 814-857-3800 to claim the bicycle.
- An investigation has been initiated into a theft from a motor vehicle that occurred at 4 p.m. Thursday in the Dollar General Store parking lot in Houtzdale Borough. A person(s) removed a 72-year-old Madera woman’s purse out of her 1993 Buick Century, while it was parked there. The purse contained $600 cash, medication and the victim’s Pennsylvania driver’s license. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Clearfield-based state police at 814-857-3800.
