CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney William A. Shaw Jr. has announced Clearfield County’s Fugitive of the Week for the week of July 11, 2011. He identified the fugitive as Richard Gump, 45, of Waynesburg.

Shaw stated that Gump is wanted for failure to appear at preliminary hearing on June 8. On May 3, Sgt. Gregory Neeper of the Clearfield Borough Police Department filed a criminal complaint, charging Gump with: theft by deception and receiving stolen property.
