- A 31-year-old Philipsburg woman reported that her car was vandalized, while it was parked at Weis Market between 4:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. July 6. The investigation is ongoing.
- An incident of driving under the influence was reported at approximately 2:04 a.m. Saturday along North Centre Street in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A traffic stop was initiated on a 38-year-old Winburne woman after several traffic violations. Further investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol. She was taken into custody for DUI and transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center for blood testing. Charges for DUI and several summary traffic violations are pending blood test results.
