The Meadows in DuBois Burglarized Twice, Three Other Businesses Also Targeted

DUBOIS – In DuBois, three businesses were the targets of criminals.

According to the DuBois City Police Department, the Meadows was hit twice; once on June 27 and once on July 1. On June 27, someone broke into the Meadows, located on Hoover Avenue, and took items. On July 1, someone broke into the frozen custard shop and ransacked the building.

Police said that Enterprise Rent a Car on Division Street was also burglarized, with items stolen from inside the business.

Two other businesses were targeted by criminals on July 1; Cataldo’s Collision on Division Street and Hovis on Liberty Boulevard. According to police, the attempts to gain entry into those buildings were unsecessful.
