HARRISBURG – Gov. Tom Corbett has signed into law the following budget-related legislation for the 2011-12 fiscal year:
Senate Bill 1056: The bill makes an appropriation from the Public School Employees’ Retirement Fund to provide for expenses of the Public School Employees’ Retirement Board for the fiscal year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012, and for the payment of bills remaining unpaid from the 2010-11 fiscal year.
Senate Bill 1057: The bill makes appropriations from the Professional Licensure Augmentation Account and from restricted revenue accounts within the General Fund to the Department of State to support professional licensure boards under the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs.
Senate Bill 1058: The bill makes appropriations from the Workmen’s Compensation Administration Fund to the Department of Labor and Industry and the Department of Community and Economic Development to provide for the expenses of administering the Workers’ Compensation Act, The Pennsylvania Occupational Disease Act and the Office of Small Business Advocate for the fiscal year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012, and for the payment of bills remaining unpaid from the 2010-11 fiscal year.
Senate Bill 1059: The bill makes appropriations from a restricted revenue account within the General Fund and from federal augmentation funds to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission; and providing for the additional appropriation of federal funds from the General Fund to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission for the fiscal year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
Senate Bill 1060: The bill makes an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within the General Fund to the Office of Consumer Advocate in the Office of Attorney General.
Senate Bill 1061: The bill makes an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within the General Fund to the Office of Small Business Advocate in the Department of Community and Economic Development.
