Fugitive of the Week: Jeremiah Wisor

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County’s Fugitive of the Week for the week of June 20, 2011. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Jeremiah Wisor, age 21, of Park Avenue, Clearfield.

Shaw stated that Wisor is wanted for failure to appear at plea and sentencing court held on May 10, 2011.
On Feb. 8, 2011, Trooper Kimberly Ronan of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a criminal complaint charging Wisor with theft by unlawful taking, F3.

An affidavit of probable Cause filed by Ronan states that in July 2010, the Pennsylvania State Police began an investigation into a theft that occurred at a residence in West Decatur. Upon investigation, it was found that Wisor had unlawfully removed approximately $3,000.00 from the victim’s residence.

A preliminary hearing was scheduled for March 16, 2011, at which time all charges were held for court. On May 10, 2011, Wisor failed to appear for plea and sentencing court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Wisor is described as follows:

Race: White

Sex: Male

Height: 5 feet, 5 inches

Eyes: Blue

Hair: Brown
