- Sometime between 5 p.m. June 2 and 3 p.m. June 3, a person(s) stole a privately-owned Alexa road sign from the intersection of state Route 948 and Alexa Road in Fox Township, Elk County. The sign is valued at $100. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Ridgway-based state police at 814-776-6136.
- Sometime between 3 p.m. May 28 and 7 p.m. Sunday, someone entered a 52-year-old Kersey man’s vehicle and stole a Ruger, Mark II, semi-automatic .22-caliber pistol. The pistol was in a nylon Ruger holster and is valued at about $250. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Ridgway-based state police at 814-776-6136.
