Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An investigation is continuing into an indecent assault that occurred Wednesday night in Huston Township, Centre County. While a 15-year-old Julian female was swimming, a 21-year-old Julian male reportedly grabbed her by the arm and wouldn’t let go. He then reportedly untied a strap on the female’s bikini top and attempted to untie the other strap. He proceeded to attempt to untie the straps on the female’s bikini bottom. He fled the scene when confronted by an area resident.
