Richard Charles Nixon 30, of Grampian passed away May 29, 2011 at his residence.
Born Oct. 13, 1980 in Clearfield he was the son of Charles Nixon and Dorothy (Verbridge) Nixon. He had worked was a machinist and had served with the United States Navy.
He is survived by his father of Grampian his mother of Yeagerstown, 3 sisters and a brother. Michelle Bowser and her husband Jeff of Dubois, Sheila Kotch and her husband Jack of Schuylkill Haven, Mark Verbridge of Palmyra, NY, and Irene Weidendeck of Newark, NY as well as his fiancée Kylie Swatsworth of Curwensville.
Funeral Services for Mr. Nixon will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville on June 2 at 2 p.m. with Reverend Father Mark J. Mastrian officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Bonaventure Cemetery in Grampian.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from Noon until time of services at 2 p.m.
