Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

At 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, a 16-year-old Osceola Mills juvenile repeatedly attempted to contact a 13-year-old Sandy Ridge juvenile after being asked not to do so. Charges of harassment have been filed through the district court.
