WOODLAND – A truck carrying totes filled with yellow paint overturned near Gio’s in Woodland on Tuesday.
According to police, the load shifted and caused the trailer to overturn onto its side, blocking both lanes of state Route 970. The driver was uninjured.
Police were assisted at teh scene by PennDOT, BJW Fire Company, Bricen’s Towing, Eagle Towing and DEP.
