- Police reported an incident of underage drinking at 11:46 p.m. April 23 in College Township, Centre County. A 19-year-old Osceola Mills female was charged with consumption of an alcoholic beverage while being under the age of 21. Charges were filed at the district court.
- Police reported possession of a controlled substance at 2:20 a.m. Saturday in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A 21-year-old Philipsburg man was the passenger and owner of the vehicle stopped for a traffic violation at the parking lot adjacent to Fifth and Alder Streets. Pursuant the stop, a consent to search the vehicle was conducted and as a result, the man was found in possession of a controlled substance that was not prescribed to him. Charges are to be filed at the district court in Philipsburg.
