- Police reported an incident of criminal mischief that occurred sometime between 7 a.m. Nov. 1, 2010 and 5 p.m. Monday at the Saint Severin Old Log Church on the Kylertown-Drifting Highway in Cooper Township, Clearfield County. A person(s) entered the church through the main door. Once inside, they allegedly broke two windows, broke off part of the pulpit, put a hole in the wall and broke a wooden floorboard. - Police reported an incident of criminal trespass that occurred sometime between 3 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. Tuesday in Bradford Township, Clearfield County. A person(s) entered the kitchen at the Bradford Township Park and allegedly attempted to gain access to a locked cabinet inside. They fled the scene without taking any items. - Police reported an incident of theft by unlawful taking that occurred sometime between Feb. 1 and Tuesday in a wooded area off of Hegarty Road in Beccaria Township, Clearfield County. A person(s) allegedly cut off the lock to Clearfield County’s Department of Emergency Management’s secure site. They allegedly removed approximately 20 feet of copper wire from the 911 tower site. Total value of the stolen copper is $175, while the lock was valued at $25. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Clearfield-based state police at 814-857-3800.
