Loretta Jean Connor, age 66 of Lincoln Drive in DuBois, PA died April 25, 2011 at the Punxsutawney Hospital.
She was born on Jan. 25, 1945 in DuBois, PA. She was the daughter of the late Chester W. & Myrtle (Spencer) Rafferty.
On July 7, 1966, she married John F. Connor, Sr. He survives.
She was a cafeteria aide at the DuBois Area School District. She enjoyed camping, going to casinos and horse races. She was a social member at the Falls Creek Eagles. She was an avid NASCAR and a diehard Dale Earnhardt fan.
She is survived by her son, John F. Connor, Jr. and his wife, Lori of Sykesville, PA, four sisters, Nellie Gelnett of DuBois, PA, Joan Schoch and her husband, Jim of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Donna Rafferty of DuBois, PA and Shirley Rafferty of DuBois, PA, a brother, Lawrence Rafferty and his wife, Bonnie of DuBois, PA and two grandchildren, John and Ryan Connor of Sykesville, PA.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her twin sister, Lorena Rafferty.
There will be no public visitation.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
