CLEARFIELD – The Lawrence Township Police Department is warning residents of a scam.
According to the police department, an off-shore person is calling and posing as Jacob Brown, a supposed debt collector. Police said he threatens arrest and other forms of of intimidation to get personal data.
Police warned that this is a scam and residents are reminded not to give out personal information to anyone not know to them.
