Police reported a fugitive from justice at 10:13 a.m. Thursday on Interstate 80 westbound at mile marker 83.7 in Pine Creek Township, Jefferson County. During a Troop C SHIELD Detail, a 31-year-old Hubbard, OH man was stopped for a traffic violation. He was determined to be a wanted fugitive from Michigan. He was taken into custody without incident and arraigned in Reynoldsville. He was placed in the Jefferson County Jail pending extradition to Michigan.
