Chester Hill Man Waives Hearing in Indecent Assault Case

CLEARFIELD – A Chester Hill man accused of innapropriately touching a 14-year-old girl waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.

Christpher King faces charges of indecent assault and harassment.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, the alleged victim in the case reported that on July 25, 2010, she went to King’s residence. She told police that King’s girlfriend went to get a shower and that King then touched her breasts and commented on them.

She also reported another instance in which King allegedly put his hands up her shorts while she was helping him with the laundry. She told police that she told him to stop, finished up with the laundy, left and told her cousin.

King was questioned by police on Feb. 7, 2011. He admitted to touching her breasts, but could not remember if he said anything. He denied any other physical contact.
