Police reported an incident of driving under the influence at 5:54 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 350 at the intersection with B-Street in Rush Township, Centre County. A 52-year-old Philipsburg man’s vehicle entered onto SR 350 from B-Street, which is marked “No Outlet” and “Do Not Enter.” There’s also a concrete barrier that prevents vehicles from entering onto SR 350 from B-Street. After being stopped for the violation, police determined that the man had been drinking alcoholic beverages earlier to the degree that it rendered him incapable of driving safe. He was arrested for DUI.
