Police Report: DuBois PSP

Police reported an incident of underage drinking that occurred at 1:30 a.m. Feb. 26 on state Route 255 from Monroe Muffler to Shaffer Roads in Sandy Township, Clearfield County. An 18-year-old Luthersburg man was the operator of a motor vehicle that was stopped for traffic violations. Known 17-year-old and 16-year-old male juveniles were passengers in the vehicle at the time of the stop.  Police subsequently determined that all three occupants had consumed an alcoholic beverage. Charges were filed against the 18-year-old for underage drinking as well as several summary traffic violations. Charges were filed against the two juveniles for underage drinking.
