- Police are investigating a break-in at an apartment building on East Presquisle Street in Philipsburg. A 30-year-old Philipsburg man was found removing personal belongings. Damaged were two entryway doors. In the process of moving he discovered that his locks had been changed, and decided to kick the two doors in.
- Police are investigating an incident of harassment that occurred on North Eleventh Street in Philipsburg. A known suspect grabbed a Philipsburg woman then pushed a Clearfield man in the snow, then fled the scene.
