AUSTIN – A “Sweetheart Ski” program has been slated from 1 – 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12 at the Sinnemahoning State Park.
Participants will celebrate Valentine’s Day early by learning the basics of cross-country skiing. A limited number of skis and boots will be available.
Participants are required to pre-register by Thursday, Feb. 10. The program is dependent on the weather, while sufficient snow is necessary.
Anyone who plans to participate should meet at the Park Maintenance Building on Swank Road, which is located just south of the dam overlook area.
