BROCKWAY – The fourth of four people wanted in a gun store burglary has turned himself in.
According to police, Jonathan Fernan Rivera, 20 of DuBois turned himself in at Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana’s office.
According to a report yesterday, State Police in DuBois arrested three suspects in the burglary of the Shooter’s Shop Gun Store, US Route 219, south of Brockway in Washington Township, Jefferson County. The burglary occurred on Jan. 20, 2011. The three were arrested for burglary, receiving stolen property and conspiracy. Police identified them as being:
- Kylea Suzanne Hy, 20, from Luthersburg, Clearfield County.
- Derek Michaedl Notto, 20, from DuBois, Clearfield County
- Eric Allen Clinton, 19, from DuBois, Clearfield County.
Bail was set at $100,000.00. They are incarcerated at the Jefferson County Jail. Notto and Clinton were also charged with criminal mischief.
State police were assisted by U.S.Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms and Explosives, DuBois City Police, Sandy Township Police, Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office and the Clearfield County District Attorney’s office.
