- Police are investigating a retail theft from the Minit Mart, North Front St. in Philipsburg Borough on Jan. 24 at 4:30 p.m. A known resident pumped gas into a vehicle and fled the scene without paying. The investigation continues.
- Police are investigating the theft of round hay bails from an open field off of Marengo Road, Halfmoon Township, Centre County on Jan. 25. A witness observed someone other than the owner removing the bails of hay from the field.
- Police are investigating a statutory sexual assault that occurred in Philipsburg Borough in December. A 23-year-old man from Philipsburg had consensual sexual intercourse at least three times with a 14-year-old girl from Philipsbugh while he was a guest at her residence.
- Police are investigating a complaint of harassment that occurred at North Second Street in Philipsburg Borough., A 48-year-old woman from Philipsburg began yelling at a 6-year-old boy from Philipsburg. She then began poking him in the chest. Charges of harassment have been filed against her.
- A 20 year old man from Bellefonte was not injured in an accident that occured on US Route 220 in Union Township, Centre County. The man swerved to miss a deer, his vehicle traveled off the roadway. His vehicle received minor damage.
- A 43-year-old man from Bellefonte was not injured in an accident on US Route 322 in Rush Township. The man fell asleep at the wheel. His vehicle drifted off the roadway and rolled over several times.
