UPDATE:: Missing Teen Found :: State Police Search for Missing Teen

DECATUR TOWNSHIP – According to a fax from Clearfield-based state police at 12:21 p.m., a teenager reported missing has been found.

Police reportd that 14-year-old Justine Smith did not return home from the Philipsburg-Osceola School Tuesday.
