Police Report: Ridgway PSP

Police reported an incident of harassment at approximately 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at a Coal Hollow Road residence in Fox Township, Elk County. A 21-year-old Kersey man and a 19-year-old Kersey woman reportedly engaged in an argument, which turned physical, when the man struck her two to three times in the head. He then reportedly struck her in the back with his knee. The accused was charged with one count of summary harassment in district court.
