Morehead, Ky– Haley James, a 7th grade student at RCMS Middle School in Morehead, recently competed with her speech team, which took top honors.
Haley is the daughter of Tom James of Morehead, and Patty James of Clearfield. Haley is also the grand-daughter of Ed and Ellen Fleming of Shawville.
