- Two men from Philipsburg were cited for harassment on the 400 block of East Spruce St. in Philipsburg Borough. The one man called police to report the second man of pushing him and threatening him. While police were investigating the complaint, it was discovered the caller had harassed the second man’s 10 year old daughter causing the confrontation.
