PHILIPSBURG – On Wednesday, two businesses came together to celebrate a unique partnership during a ribbon cutting ceremony.
The ceremony was held to honor the opening of a Starr Hill Winery outlet at County Market in Philipsburg. According Kenn Starr of Starr Hill Winery, this marks only the third such store in the state of Pennsylvania, one in which a winery operates out of a grocery store.
