CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Revitalization Corporation, received a founding contribution of $10,000 from CNB Bank for the year 2010. Presenting the $10,000 contribution was Joseph Bower, CNB Bank president and Mark D. Breakey, EVP. Receiving the contribution was CRC Main Street Manager Kellie Truman.

According to Truman, “CNB Bank is a  founding contributor of the CRC, which was vital in the application process for the Main Street Program. For a community applying into the Main Street Program, the Department of Community and Economic Development  requires a dollar to dollar local match of contributions to fund the first five years.”

The Clearfield Revitalization Corporation is sincerely thankful for CNB Bank’s contribution. “Their support has made it possible for Clearfield to become a Main Street Community and has allowed the CRC to move ahead on many projects to strengthen Clearfield. We are deeply appreciative and honored that CNB Bank supports our efforts and believes in the betterment of Clearfield,” said Truman.

Bower stated, “Clearfield benefits from an organization like the CRC who focuses on the growth and prosperity of our downtown. As a community bank, CNB is proud to assist the Clearfield Revitalization Corporation in its role to support projects that benefit our downtown, the merchants and the citizens of Clearfield.”
